When will my order ship?

Most orders ship typically within 24 Hours of receipt with the exception of weekends or holidays.  Some items are made to order, which could take 2-4 weeks to arrive. 

Why is it so expensive to Ship outside the US?

We are a small independent store, and rely on United States Postal services to provide delivery. Your province and postal service may have additional fees assessed at the time of delivery that we are not made aware of. We apologize for any inconvenience that may cause, we hope to have Int'l distribution in the future to help avoid this.

Can I special order an item?

Depending on the item, yes special order is available. You can email info@sadsupply.com to inquire.

Can you guarantee delivery date?

We cannot guarantee a delivery date as we are dependent on the local United States Postal Service for that. If you are ordering for a special occasion or holiday, keep in mind providing extra time for arrival is always the best choice to ensure deliver on time.
